There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Hair on the walls in the shower, mirrors not wiped, carpet not vacuumed. The hair dryer didn't work, nor did the majority of the fitness equipment. When I called the front desk about the pubic hair on the floor, they told me they didn't have any other rooms available (which would not have helped) and the cleaning staff had left for the day but I was welcome to come to the front desk and use their broom on the bathroom floor. I already left a review. The reason it was terrible was because they didn't honor my reservation because of renovations. I lost $320.00 because I couldn't attend a concert I bought tickets for back in December and couldn't go because you didn't get a hold of me until the night before my concert to let me know I no longer had a room. I tried to find another room in my budget near the event but by that time there were no to be had. So I am very unhappy and very unsatisfied and out 320.00 dollars.

Our stay was terrible. We first got to our room and the toilet didn’t work. We had to wait for maintenance to get that fixed. The dust was terrible. The shower had hairs all in it and a dirty rag left behind. The AC unit had mold on it and it super loud. The tv only had a couple channels and didn’t work with an HDMI cord. The front desk was no help with anything. All in all the place is disgusting and would never recommend it to anyone.

Customer service was very low and bad. The TV never worked in the room. They blew me off and acted as if there was nothing they can do. The heater in the room is old school and makes loud noises. Definitely not worth the money nor is it what you think it is being that is at a casino. The staff was not friendly and appeared not to care with all my concerns regarding having to sit in the room with no TV or anything. They thought I should just go to the casino and enjoy myself and not worry about the TV not working.

The staff was great and the the entrance was nice. But the room lamp shades were all scratched up and walls all marked up and the chair had some stuff on it when we got there. The toliet clogged to shortly after but the staff was great and very helpful.
