The first room was neglected and a bad oder, plus outdated wallpaper that had stains and paint on it, the chairs and furniture were thick with dust, the win dow sill dirty with black stain in the corner. The staff at the front desk when I asked if I could change room wasn't no help to my advantage so it was disappointing for what it should've been as advertised an renovations room.

Rooms were dirty. sheets were not clean. One bed didn't have a sheet on it, had to ask for sheets. Rooms smelled weird. Really just not very nice hotel.

Room was dirty, Bad Water Pressure, TV didn’t work.

The only good thing i can say about it... the room and inside hotel was clean. The room was cold and stayed cold no matter how high you put the temp. Shower was very inadequate. Couldn't check in till 4pm and we ended up just leaving at midnight to head home. Also sounded like someone was bowling over head. Would not go back. Definitely think we should get our money back.

The remote kept switching automatically to the pay channel, and a dirty washcloth was left in the bathroom.

This hotel has been in need of renovations for the last 10 years. I’m not sure who owns it but they should go tour the rooms for themselves. I’d be embarrassed if I were a business man to say I owed it. I will start by saying the staff is always super friendly! And housekeeping does what they can with what they have. We have stayed here prolly 20 times or more and have never gotten a room without stains on the carpet And when I say stains I mean even if cleaned they aren’t coming up.
