When we showed up there was a used cote in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. There was also stains everywhere on the carpet that weren’t pictured when we booked

Amenities- no room service, will not clean room until three days of stay. No restaurant in the hotel, have to walk outside to casino for restaurant. Breakfast was only coffee from a machine. I will never stay here again

Very remote place. Property is not maintained at all. Very dirty.
Very dirty room, staff didn't care about the guests. Rude demeanor.
- The toilet was so loose I almost tipped it over when I sat down. - The shower was lied a fire hydrant. They did not provide water in the room even though it mentioned I should have it. When I asked " they smiled looking at each other with smile" Constant wifi issues
The rooms have a small old 19 inch tv on the wall. The room they gave me the tv did not work . I called the front desk 4 times before they sent maintenance up to check it out. So 4 calls later he came up and told me that it did not work and I had to move to a different room..
