There is no breakfast bar and the staff was so rude. We needed things and went to front desk and they actually made noises like huffing. Most of the guests were complaining and nobody was hapy

Hotel is old but fairly clean except for carpet in room was filthy & really needs to be replaced. Also little food options for it to be connected to casino. Staff was friendly.

Did NOT feel like a Queen here. The facility is in need of major updates. The carpet was stained and smelled. The grout around the toilet was distrusting. The curtains had holes. The room was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dirt on the bathroom counters that we could tell was not wiped down. The bathroom floor was dirty and still had old papers on it. Property was dirty & outdated, employees were unfriendly. Vending machines were out of order. Then they scammed me out of $250 which is more than the total cost of my stay. A BBB complaint has been filed

Bed was not made correctly. Was not tucked in and sheets were bunched up on the bottom. One rack to move your luggage that hardly rolls.
