The remote kept switching automatically to the pay channel, and a dirty washcloth was left in the bathroom.

This hotel has been in need of renovations for the last 10 years. I’m not sure who owns it but they should go tour the rooms for themselves. I’d be embarrassed if I were a business man to say I owed it. I will start by saying the staff is always super friendly! And housekeeping does what they can with what they have. We have stayed here prolly 20 times or more and have never gotten a room without stains on the carpet And when I say stains I mean even if cleaned they aren’t coming up. When we showed up there was a used cote in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. There was also stains everywhere on the carpet that weren’t pictured when we booked

Amenities- no room service, will not clean room until three days of stay. No restaurant in the hotel, have to walk outside to casino for restaurant. Breakfast was only coffee from a machine. I will never stay here again
