I stayed for two nights and first morning at 6:10 am the fire alarm went off but nobody could tell us what was going on and then the next night at 1:00 am it went off again and again nobody could tell us what was going on. Needlys to say we did not get any sleep and have to travel 5 hours to get home

Shower had little to no water pressure. Carpet was extremely dirty. It had many stains and was clearly poorly patched in areas in the room.

The carpet had big stains around the whole toilet was not even attached to the floor no shampoo or conditioner (thankfully I brought my own) towels had stains. I’m moving cross country and used this hotel as my one night stop so much of the stuff I had like shampoo and towels. Place is dirty and stunk. Front desk ladies were nice only reason I’m not giving it a one star

We checked in Saturday afternoon, the toilet stopped flushing after being check in a hour. Maintenance came supposedly fix the toilet. It stop flushing again, we had to pack up and move rooms after the second maintenance call.

Check in was easy, staff helpful. Hotel is very outdated, carpet old, furniture old and chipped. My air conditioner was very loud which woke me up several times.

Located in a Horrible area - The exterior of the property looked awful. The hotel smelled weird....got in the room it smelled like some weird stale air and nasty nose burning cleaner. Furniture had chips and cracked ...lampshade was cracked, carpets filthy, chair filthy. We checked in and knew we would not get our money back - but also didn't want to risk taking back any "souveniers" with us. ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My stay at Casino Queen Hotel was disappointing overall. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor and the carpets were badly stained, which gave the property a very run-down feel. The bathroom was missing basic amenities like body wash, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately these positives couldn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Definitely expected more for the price.
