The pictures of this place are one thing, but the reality is far, far different. It's dirty, noisy, inconvenient to downtown, and though near a train station, it's unsafe in the area of the train station. The only reason to go to this hotel is to gamble in their casino which isn't even connected to the hotel and must be walked to. There's nothing else around except these two buildings within walking distance. It's a remote 1-star dive, and I wouldn't ever recommend it.

Awful experience The worse stay i ever had..no breakfast..no coffee until 6.30..should have got a refund..room was dirty

Everything was great, except at 9am housekeeper knocked on door, woke us up,then left. He knocked on door again at 9:30 , i happened to be in bathroom, so i said through door "what do you need?" He said "i thought you checked out, it said you did on my paper" if he thought we were gone he would have tried to get in the first time. He was just wanting to get us out of there so he could get done. Would have liked the extra sleep we paid for. We had a "Do not disturb" sign on door guess it dosen't mean anything

Elevators, hallway, smelled like urine. Room bathroom also smelled like urine. Carpet on the room and hallway was heavily stained actually looked dirty. Bathroom was not clean in the room. Stains on the sink and in the tub. Both lamp shades were ripped. There was no view of the arch or river only the side of a building as a view. Drunk people occupying the elevator and we were told by an employee we couldn’t get on the elevator to wait on the next on. Random people outside the building Overall very uncomfortable atmosphere

This hotel appears to have not been cleaned in any capacity for the past 10 years. The vent in the bathroom was covered in grey dust. The shower spigot was that of a fire hose. The blackout curtains had small pinholes throughout. The carpet was disgusting. The tv very outdated and access to options was horrible. Will not come back.
