I was first given room 501. Upon reaching floor 5 the hallway carpet was dingy and stained. Once inside room 501 the carped was incredibly stained throughout the entire room. Although everything else seemed clean, with the carpet as filthy as it was it gave the impression they just don't care. I booked a king room and 501 was 2 doubles. I went back to the check-in and spoke with the same lady that just checked me in. The process to get the correct room took 20 minutes. MOLD in the AC No way I'd recommend this place to ANYONE. The floors were stained. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet tucked in. There was hair in the bed and the toilet was not bolted to the floor, it wobbles. The ONLY redeeming part was that the front desk was ok with the refund. I should hope so but there wasn't much concern for these issues which tells me it must be a normal thing for them.

rooms old and worn. tv remote faulty. toilet runs constantly. door key card stopped working. no shuttle as advertised.

The restaurants were excellent. That said, the rooms were very dirty and old, the pictures were very misleading. Also, the pictures of the gym and pool are misleading.
