I came down to watch the St. Louis game. The carpets were filthy. The furniture look like it came from Goodwill. There was no breakfast or restaurant to have breakfast. The shuttle had absolutely no schedule and I ended up needing to take an Uber back-and-forth to Bush Stadium.

very unfriendly not a very good location

This is a very dated property and needs major cleaning, updating and repair. The carpeting was filthy and full of large stains. The bathroom counter was dirty with spots which I cleaned up. The toilet needs to be either replaced or repaired. It was not properly secured to the floor and ran constantly. There was also no stopper in the sink. The air conditioning unit was very loud and stopped working during the night. Thank goodness the sheets seemed clean. It is very shabby and has not been updated in years since it was constructed. The carpets are filthy. The television in the room is very tiny and had no satellite reception.

My toilet would clog up with nothing in it maintenance snaked the drain but it still clogged after they left. Staff wouldn’t let me change rooms. It smelt like cigarettes in the room and the smoke detector was covered with a shower cap. It was not a good experience.

It was not peaceful and it had a stench in the hotel like mold. I was actually disappointed.

Arrived at the hotel and the front desk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. Got to my room and there was a half naked man in my room. I was just as startled as he was. Back to the front desk and again they seem annoyed I was back. Told them they gave me a room that was already occupied and they were confused. They gave me a different room and told me it was an upgrade. It wasn’t. The room was run down. Tub faucet leaked and the a/c was so loud.
