Not impressed, room hot, seen stained floor (carpet) wrinkled carpet...not impressed with room. Notified young lady at the desk about the stains, and wrinkled carpet so we would not be charged -

Nice place but a shame we didn't make it into the room due to staff over booking the place for the night. I booked months ago. Not fair at all. Sounds like staff not paying attention to anything to over book the place. Very upset about the whole deal. Staff was actually rude to us about the whole deal when we asked why they didn't notice they over booked the place. Would have been nice to offer us another room for a another stay sometime due to there mistake maybe instead of being rude.

I won’t be back. I wasn’t happy with this place. It was dirty and dated. I slept on top of the covers because I was afraid there might be bed bugs. Everything else was dirty, why wouldn’t the sheets also be dirty. Also, they have the tv set back in a box on the wall so that you can’t access the ports. I bring a fire stick from home, so that I can watch shows off of my dvr. The had the ports blocked on their ten year old tv like I was gonna damage it. I won’t be coming back.

Room extremely dirty, soiled floor , bad smell not taken care of. Told front desk and they said they are aware of it and the room is scheduled for upgrade. If they know the room is in that bad of shape they should avoid making it available and schedule a different room.

Worst hotel ever! Bring your own blankets! Worst experience ever! Book 2-double rooms months ago for this past Friday. Arrived around 530p. As I was checking in the gal said she had to call her manager for approval but didnt say why. She came back and said she only had 2-king rooms available. I explained that would not work and I booked a long time ago. They offered rollaways. Fine.. get to one room and they delivered 4 roll aways and no bedding. We called and said 2 rollaways would be fine, please pickup the other 2 and del... read more
