The room was clean. We had a nice view of the river and the St Louis Arch. I was accost twice in the parking lot and felt unsafe so didn't feel I could leave the room. The staff was unfriendly at check-in. The coffee place and restaurants are not open until after 8 a.m. Disappointing. I will not be going back for overnight stays.

Run down, not clean, free transportation to games has no air

Disappointed for the price. We liked the location. Very convenient for the metro to go to a concert in St Louis. The room literally stank the casino smelled better. The carpet was nasty and had not been vacuumed and very stained. 1 wash cloth for a queen double but the towels were decent andthe bed slept well.

First off front staff was NOT welcoming or kind. They all had very rude attitudes. The room had broken dresser drawer handles. The bedside lights were broken and leaning, there were broken tiles in the bathroom that would move when stepped on and the hairdryer mount was hanging off the wall. The grounds were dirty, beer bottles and trash everywhere. Overall a poor and disappointing stay

Bare bones hotel. Doesnt even have bathroom vent. Parking is shared with casino. Too few ADA spots. Casino patrons park in the spaces between handicap spots blocking access. Desk clerks habe an oh well attitude. No outside benches or place for waiting for transportation.

Terrible stay Hotel was remodeled several years ago and draftkings took over and let it go to crap. Very nasty They used to have hotel protection which we liked, had to use your room key to use the elevator to access room floors, its gone. No places will deliver food after 11pm. Nobody working the desk after 11pm. Won't ever go back. Carpet was nasty, socks black after 5 minutes. Tried posting pic wouldn't let me

There were homeless people roaming around the property checking cars. Floor and linens all stained up. When we were packing up to leave on the morning they would not give me a receipt even though they ran my credit card when I got there. I did not pay online so that was not ok. Then after my husband loaded the car and tried to enter the lobby they told him no. He did not have the keys I did.
