Where to start..first they closed the pool early. I had to check out early and drive 4 hours bc I got bit by bed bugs and my family across in the other room got bit as well. I was refunded for one room not the other. I shouldn't have paid anything for sleeping with bed bugs.

Early staff was nice and respectful.. Late night staff was rude and unprofessional also very ignorant

The first room we were in the toilet was falling off the wall. We did get moved to another room that wasn’t much better. Very stained carpets and bed linen. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way. We stayed 2 nights and even with directly speaking to the housekeeper they not clean our room while we were out. I had to call the front desk to get fresh linens and towels and had to take out my own trash. Front desk is very rude. Once coffee pot is empty they don’t replace and if you don’t like coffee there’s no tea. Tiles in bathroom are loss and very slick when wet. Toilets are low, they should be higher.

We were not acknowledged by staff barley during the entire stay. Everything and surface was dirty. Our room had s fantastic view of the Arch but the room was filthy. Stains in the carpet everywhere and didnt even try to clean them. Furniture was majorly chipped and old. Lamps did not work and shades torn. We use to go to the Casino Queen years ago and it was a decent place to stat. It is now in dire need of updating. Our rooms carpet was dirty with many visible stains on the floor. The bedside table was all chipped up. The hallway and lobby carpets obviously vrry dirty. Would not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again. The shuttle service to Busch Stadium was awesome though.

The lobby bathrooms looked like a worker had not been in them in years. The stall door was broken, and the other toilet didn't flush without spraying the person using it. Our sheets had stains on them. Room was a good size, but it is obvious the entire hotel could use some work and more attention.

Going down hill The hotel looks like it was really nice at one time but wear and tear has taken a toll on the entire property and it looks like there has been little to no effort of money spent to maintain it. The furniture is well worn, the curtains have small holes worn into them, the lamp in the room had stains all over the shade.
