The hotel is old, no doubt but that doesn't excuse the filthy air conditioning unit, filthy wall switches, blood on the bed sheets, urine on the base of the toilet, weeks of not mopping behind the bathroom door, flickering light in the shower. Absolute worst hotel as far as up keep. On the other hand, the staff were VERY polite at check in/out. Cleaners need to dust once in a while, spot clean walls/ switches/knobs once in a while and let maintenance know when something doesn't work.

The hotel was good. The Casino I did not care for. Need more updated machines. The DJ in the lobby was so loud it was distracting. You could hear before you entered the hotel.

Bad experience. I’ll never stay in a days inn again.

I travel a lot. This property was easily the worst room that I’ve had in a very long time. Not sure where to start, but the floor was so disgusting I didn’t want to remove my socks. Now that I’ve walked on the floor I will throw my socks away. No power plugs between the beds, no lights between the beds, a television that didn’t work—rundown facilities, people straight outside the front door smoking pot. Just horrible. If it wasn’t so late, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Dirty The carpeting was filthy, numerous big stains.

Don't stay unless it is a comp room! Non-functioning floor lamp and associated plug-in; noisy wall unit heating fan; burn marks on carpet; shower curtain would not stay closed for showering; no coffee and no sugar in coffee room in morning (and horrible strong coffee when finally prepared). The only positives were the close proximity to St. Louis venues and casino next to hotel. Never stay again!

This place was so dirty. From the beds to the floor. The only place semi clean was the bathrooms. I’ll be posting another review, it was so unbelievably dirty I had to take pictures

Great location age showing Check in was difficult as they couldn’t check us in due to IT problem. Amazed they didn’t have an alternative plan in place to check us in. Only alternative was to leave and come back later. Got to the room and the. Use of the Gateway Arch was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was showing its age with worn curtains, holes in the carpet.
