I haven’t received my deposit back and don’t know why

Building was run down. Pool looked like it had been out of order for a long time. Room needed to be vacuumed. The curtains had holes. Most of the staff seemed to be bothered when we asked for anything. Not many options on property for food. We won’t be back

Checked in and the reservation was not able to be located. Once they got it figured out they said they out us in a newly updated room This room was so dirty we had to buy our own sheets and blankets. I called the front desk and told them how dirty it was and was and mo one came to the room. The blinds were hardly up as hardware was holding on very loosely. The bathroom was so dirty I cleaned it myself before using. There was trash underneath one of the night stands. Absolutely will not stay there again.

Stay at your own discretion Needs remodeled, updated, deep cleaned and new mattresses. Upon entering the room, there was a dead fly on the window air conditioning unit, the vent in the A/C was full of dust. The toilet was not secured to the floor (very wobbly).

This was the worst hotel the elevator reeked of urine , the floors and beds were stained up . All the staff were young and unprofessional. I see the reason for the cheap rates you get what you pay for !!!

Bad customer service. First I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit. Just in case of room damages. First thing I saw was broken drawer handle. I went back down to report and asked. Why wasn’t there a microwave in the room. I was told that there was one in the lobby. I said that, that was ghetto and service replied that she thinks it’s ghetto to have one in the room. The security were not professional, they were making rude uncomfortable commits about our outfits. They need to keep their heads up and concentrate on their jobs. This was New Year’s Eve.
