Horrible experience!!! The “Room” that you have on here vs the room they give you is nowhere close to it and they charge you extra if you want the rooms that’s on the picture. That’s BS!

This hotel is very outdated and dirty

This was by far the worse stay of any hotel I have stayed in. The room was dirty the blankets had what looked like mold and there was black stuff flying out of the air conditioning. Carpet was dirty. When I asked if the cleaning lady could vacuum she asked did I know how to run it. Very outdated and dirty.

When we got there the pool was out of order. We didn’t want to stay more than one night then. We tried to call Expedia. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel without a 150 dollar fee. On top of that the hotel was not clean. The room was terrible. Bathroom floor dirty, carpet stained, walls dirty, hair in bathtub. Just over all run down and not kept visibly clean. The curtain had a sharp metal pin they had been using to keep curtains shut in it that I didn’t see when I went to close the curtains and it cut me. We misplaced our roo... read more

Carpet was so nasty and stained in our room Bed coverings were super thin and wore out Bed was hard as rock didn’t get a good nights rest because of how stiff the bed was

Dont stay here The stay wasnt bad until my truckand 6 other vehicles got broken into. Because of lack of security.

Dirty sheets, no coffee, remote didnt work. Awful will never stay again or recommend.

The property was fine the area is a little ran down. The city needs to fix the streets and knock down some of the vacant property. It really brings down the value of the hotel and casino.
