Water was pouring into our bathroom from the sprinkler. Issue was fixed but caused us to miss a shuttle for the game and then no one bothered cleaning up the mess and i had to do it

You should know: There's nothing nearby I took the amtrak to St Louis and the Metra to the hotel and that was a quick, smooth way to get there. But once I did, it was a black hole. I arrived in need of a phone charger and cigarettes. Had to door dash both to me because there was nothing in safe walking distance. It's like a little island of safe - high fences and security on site - in a sea of unsafe. At least as far as I could tell. Filthy carpet, TV didn’t work, food in the food court at the casino was horrible, DJ in the casino foyer was so loud that we struggled to order food in the food court and guest noises all hours of the night.

The beds were rock hard & we had to switch rooms. Dresser drawers were broken & hanging down & the room was just in shambles. The staff was kind & switched our room w/no problem, but we will never stay here again.

Stay here if you want robbed!! Loud guests all night, called front desk and they did nothing to quiet guests. Shower head was leaking and spraying up and over the curtain getting floor all wet. Cherry on top to this stay vehicle was broken into along with 6 other vehicles in the parking lot.

Disappointed The hotel is dated, furniture old and broken, small television encased on the wall. My refrigerator was broken, no one came to replace after multiple calls. No old for the ice bucket. The way the water sprayed out of the bathroom sink.
