When we got there the pool was out of order. We didn’t want to stay more than one night then. We tried to call Expedia. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel without a 150 dollar fee. On top of that the hotel was not clean. The room was terrible. Bathroom floor dirty, carpet stained, walls dirty, hair in bathtub. Just over all run down and not kept visibly clean. Carpet was so nasty and stained in our room Bed coverings were super thin and wore out Bed was hard as rock didn’t get a good nights rest because of how stiff the bed was

The property was fine the area is a little ran down. The city needs to fix the streets and knock down some of the vacant property. It really brings down the value of the hotel and casino.

Building was run down. Pool looked like it had been out of order for a long time. Room needed to be vacuumed. The curtains had holes. Most of the staff seemed to be bothered when we asked for anything. Not many options on property for food. We won’t be back

Checked in and the reservation was not able to be located. Once they got it figured out they said they out us in a newly updated room This room was so dirty we had to buy our own sheets and blankets. I called the front desk and told them how dirty it was and was and mo one came to the room. The blinds were hardly up as hardware was holding on very loosely. The bathroom was so dirty I cleaned it myself before using. There was trash underneath one of the night stands. Absolutely will not stay there again.
