Let me start with the positives: The staff here were amazing! Everyone was quick to help, was kind, courteous, & had an excellent sense of humor. I would come back just to interact with the staff. Especially the night crew! The location is great. Right next to the river & close to the Arch. Fully staffed, I was able to see plenty of security & attendants & staff for any of my needs or concerns. I felt relatively safe. If nice and comfortable is what you are looking for run this is not the hotel for you. Carpets were stained. The wall the bed is against power outlets did not work. Only one light worked in the main part of the room. Duck tape was used to hold the lights to the wall.all the furniture was showing wear. Bed was uncomfortable And so much more i will never stay again horrible. When issues were addressed with staff they stated that they just work here

Nice people, rooms need a lot of work My daughter and I stayed at the hotel so that we could go to the Fox theater the next day. We had to change the reservation to a day earlier at the last minute and hotels.com was great about accommodating us. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy, even though they asked for security deposit which we gave, and everything was fine until we got in the room. The hotel has been making copies of guest drivers license since COVID. We were told, although the check-in clerk wss unable to say, why this is done. In todays data crime theft and unautherized usage we would not have booked with this hotel had we known tgis prior. The check in person was however nice.

Checkin went smoothly. Facility has such great potential of being a nice property but there wasn’t a area over 12 inches wide on the carpet in the room that wasn’t soiled and stained horribly. I’m talking it looked like a dog had lived in there for weeks without a puppy pad. All it takes is a carpet cleaner people! It was unacceptable and gave you the feeling that the entire place was unsanitary. There was only one elevator working with a full place took forever to go up and down there was no breakfast served
