This hotel is bad. There was hair and trash on the floor of our room, some unidentified substance was splattered on the walls, the air conditioner was too loud to sleep, and other guests were screaming at each other in the middle of the night. There was so much dust piled up in the corners and edges of the room that there were visible piles of it. There were meth addicts tweaking out in the parking lot, as well. We would never stay here again.

No proper service. Oldest and dirt rooms ever seen Old, tired and unfit for being an hotel in 2024. Rooms with dirty carpets eveywhere. When you enter the room you jump back with a time machine 40 years ago. Check out around 9.30.am: waited 15 minutes with a empty reception, empty office. After 15 minutes a receptionist shows with headphones on, fitness outfit, fully sweat, apologize for the waiting and finally check us out. We thought it was a comedy motel tv show. Anyway. Never again.

The pictures of this place are one thing, but the reality is far, far different. It's dirty, noisy, inconvenient to downtown, and though near a train station, it's unsafe in the area of the train station. The only reason to go to this hotel is to gamble in their casino which isn't even connected to the hotel and must be walked to. There's nothing else around except these two buildings within walking distance. It's a remote 1-star dive, and I wouldn't ever recommend it.

Everything was great, except at 9am housekeeper knocked on door, woke us up,then left. He knocked on door again at 9:30 , i happened to be in bathroom, so i said through door "what do you need?" He said "i thought you checked out, it said you did on my paper" if he thought we were gone he would have tried to get in the first time. He was just wanting to get us out of there so he could get done. Would have liked the extra sleep we paid for. We had a "Do not disturb" sign on door guess it dosen't mean anything
