The people who work at this hotel need to work on there customer service and attitude. I won’t be coming back. Had to wait at the front counter when I got there for 10 min until someone got there. Then when she did there she had a negative attitude because she had to check me in. Several people were trying to check and upset. Sale thing happened in the check out process! Get some people that are willing to be nice to there guests!

Room ok. Skip casino and restaurants. Front desk employees were rude and distracted. Room was large and comfortable. Casino was horrible with rude employees who seemed like that just tolerated customers. One of the (only) two food options was closed with no warning or explanation. Coffee shop didn’t open until 8:30.

Do better, please. Booked this hotel late on a Thursday night. Went to check in at about 11:10pm. There was nobody onsite to check us in. I waited at the front desk for about 30 minutes and nobody showed up. Had to call Hotels.com and get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Very unorganized in the transportation to and from events. Staff was not helpful at all in assisting in getting picked up. Overall not happy with my stay.

Keep looking, this is not the place to stay. Run down and busted place in a sketchy part of town. Woke up to a Narcan pack on my windshield! I just needed a place to sleep for the night and didn't want to spend a lot, but at $140/night you should look elsewhere.

This property was not worth the price that you had to pay for it. Noisy, dirty,no grip bars in shower. Hot and cold water was backwards. Would not recommend this place at all
