The room stunk so bad. I felt like i was sleeping in an ashtray. The carpet was disgusting. I stayed here because of parking but will not in the future

Disappointed We love this hotel and usually the service is wonderful. This time when we checked in the young lady checking me in was talking to a friend on the phone about her personal business. I thought that was very unprofessional

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. No internet, old TV, no drinking water, no shampoo in the bathroom. The door lock system was totally scrapped cause the sensor does not work properly so have to waste 5-10 minutes trying your luck so that the sensor will work to get inside your room. Please avoid this if you can.

I didn't like that when i asked for a new room key they never asked me for identification anyone could go in your room

The property is very outdated, not maintained well, the check in staff person was rude and not helpful, the baggage carts had flat tires, not clean. The barf/puke on one of the entrance pillars observed as we were checking out was the icing on the cake. We had to go through 2 different rooms to finally find a room that did not have problems.

There was vomit on sidewalk by front entrance. No one cleaned it. Front desk staff were not friendly.
