They gave away my room held on a credit card . When my flight was late arriving. The hotel said they couldn't hold it after 2:30. The car rental place was closed when the flight arrived. So I had to wait until 4 am for a car. The hotel said they would not charge me. But I would need to go through Expedia. You were closed.

I was disappointed. Furniture in bedroom was in poor shape the toilet ran continuously. Shower was very hard to control and no breakfast at all. When got down to get coffee there wasn’t any made. Was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes to make I will not be staying there again. The only thing good was the bed seemed to be clean

There were three bugs in my room, two of them were flying bugs. I obviously went and asked for another room. She did allow us to change rooms. But there was also a bug in the second room and there were two hairs in the bed. It did look like the bottom sheet had been washed though. It was late, so I just got the hairs out of the bed and risked it. The toilet was also very wobbly. For $253 for two nights, it was not worth it at all. I was afraid I would get some disease staying there. I would never stay there again.

Very average, front desk staff not too friendly Average and basic, refrigerator in room, older room. No microwave except in hotel lobby, no transportation to airport or anywhere. Can walk to train, with homeless abound, not safe. No breakfast, not even continental, just coffee. Restaurant in Casino is over priced and average, so no food places close by .

The hotel is very loud. When the doors shut they slam and it’s difficult to get any sleep. The toilet wasn’t attached properly and shifted when you sat and the shower leaked. Most of the shower water went out the tub spout instead of the shower head. Very mediocre. Vending machines always out of water but shuttle to Busch stadium a nice perk and it’s close to the metro. Overall wouldn’t stay again though.
