Had An Easy Check In Process But That Was About It. The Room Had Dust Balls On The Ceiling, The Air Conditioner Was Very Dusty Inside The Vent, The Bathroom Sink Had A Leak Around The Faucet Knobs Which Cause A Puddle Around The Sink Area. The Tub Drained Really Slow Which Created Standing Water While You Showered. We Left To Go Out On The Town After We Showered And When We Returned, There Was Still At Least A Foot Of Water In The Tub From When We Left And It Was Dirty At The Bottom. We were checked in at 6:30pm and the room was never cleaned. The luggage carts need to be replaced, they didn't roll properly. When checking out the clerk didn't respond to a request, it was if we were not heard, (request was fullfilled but we didn't know she heard us).

Avoid. Well past its prime Property is run down, staff is indifferent, AC is loud. At least they have a shuttle to Busch Stadium, but the driver was more than a little dictatorial. Not a fun stay. We will not be back.

Upon check-in. I was not asked for a photo id to confirm who I was. When I turned on the tv in the room. There was no signal. Called down to front desk. They were very short with their responses. Told me someone who come up from maintenance. After an hour went downstairs to check on tv. Front desk woman was again short responses when I asked questions. Very mediocre property, especially at this price point. You are just five minutes driving from downtown St. Louis but otherwise, there is nothing at all in this area, and recommend against walking around at night. The hotel itself is not a great stay. We moved rooms twice and all the rooms had stained, dirty, or ripped carpets. Floors were noisy, elevators smelled of cigarettes, and the lobby smelled of a cleaner that is reminiscent of when you walk into a vodka-soaked nightclub.
