Unfortunately due to a booking issue, they kept giving out the key card to my room to various strangers since their system had it marked as unoccupied. Obviously this is very unsafe. On top of that, I was told that I would be refunded as soon as I requested it through Expedia but that has yet to occur because the manager is "unavailable". It was also very loud at night (like think 4/5AM). Overall, not recommended for solo female travelers.

Shabby, stains on carpet. No outlet or usb port conveniently located to charge device. Coffee empty in lobby in morning. Staff not very helpful.

The only problem I had was I along with another Person waited for about 15 minutes to check out this morning at around 0700 hrs. No one ever showed up to the front desk so we just left. Someone could jump the desk and steal everything. No employee was around. Very unacceptable.

No breakfast, no microwave in room, smallest refrigerator I've seen in a hotel, noisy, no room cleaning or emptying of trash, overpriced- Motel 6 would have been better for about $75/night less.

The people who work at this hotel need to work on there customer service and attitude. I won’t be coming back. Had to wait at the front counter when I got there for 10 min until someone got there. Then when she did there she had a negative attitude because she had to check me in. Several people were trying to check and upset. Sale thing happened in the check out process! Get some people that are willing to be nice to there guests!

Room ok. Skip casino and restaurants. Front desk employees were rude and distracted. Room was large and comfortable. Casino was horrible with rude employees who seemed like that just tolerated customers. One of the (only) two food options was closed with no warning or explanation. Coffee shop didn’t open until 8:30.

Do better, please. Booked this hotel late on a Thursday night. Went to check in at about 11:10pm. There was nobody onsite to check us in. I waited at the front desk for about 30 minutes and nobody showed up. Had to call Hotels.com and get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Very unorganized in the transportation to and from events. Staff was not helpful at all in assisting in getting picked up. Overall not happy with my stay.
