None of the lights in our room worked. The pool was mysteriously closed all weekend. Half the machines in their "gym" were broken. Half the weights were missing. The lobby smelled incredibly strong of something icky. The AC was incredibly loud. We could hear EVERYTHING on our floor and it was very loud.

Out of 3 lamps in our room, only 1 worked and no overhead light. The blow dryer didn’t work, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, only a partial shower curtain that covered basically nothing, everything was covered in dust, our floor’s ice maker didn’t work. Positive was that it was quiet there, but definitely will not be back.

When I travel for work, there are typically two amenities I look for: a pool & breakfast. The pool had clearly not been attended to recently or adequately, which also evidenced by the overflowing soiled towel pile and nearly empty supply of fresh towels. Really odd/sad. I have 10 years of management experience at one of the largest hotels in downtown Chicago, so I have knowledge here. Worlds smallest tv on the wall, not deal breaker but seriously it’s 2026….. tvs are cheap. The door stop behind the front door had been ripped out of the floor and the there was a hole in the wall from the door handle. shower walls had scum or some other filth i’d like not to think about . front desk staff was not helpful or giving of info / friendly . After coming in from dinner , we dropped our to go box and asked if the front desk could call housekeeping and she stared and said with ann attitude we don’t have housekeeping at that time of night you’ll have to get that up . we apologized as we had no means to clean it up and walked to our room for the evening . the bed was comfy and the access to casino and food at casino was convenient a... read more

Our room had dust buildup everywhere except the tops of surfaces. Our faucet in the bathroom sink leaked around the base and from the spout all night. The beds didn’t even have fitted sheets as the base layer. I would recommend you bring your own pillows too, because the ones they provided were hard as rocks. The 2 staff members I did encounter were both very nice and friendly. Overall would not recommend or stay there again.

De 1 à 5 étoiles on donne 0 à cet hôtel. Chambre dégoûtante, rien ne fonctionne ni la chasse d’eau ni le distributeur (qui prend votre argent sans rien vous donner), personnel désagréable au possible. À fuir !
