The hotel was still furnished by old furniture. The rooms were old and it only had a mini fridge. No microwave. For 2 nights, one washcloth each! No free breakfasts. The Casino did not have the buffet anymore. It had a chicken place,bar-q place,a dark sports bar and a place that had t.v's but it was very expensive. The bill for my daughter and me was $90 with tip. I paid $452 for 2 rooms,2 nights. One was for my cousin,94 years old and his son, 69 years old. Room was dirty. Only had 3 tv channels. No cable just antenna for local that was cutting in and out. Very loud AC. Loose tiles in bathroom/ worse part was no hot water for shower. The inside of the hotel smelled rank and the desk clerk was rude and not helpful. Overpriced for a miserable hotel experience. The parking lot was well lit though and security guards were driving around. Don’t waste your money on this dive.

Property is run down and old. Casino is too. Staff were rude to my wife and I. Will not go back. Shuttle bus driver almost killed my sons trying to speed past a bus.

The bathroom was a disaster. Tiles buckled on the floor. Wallpaper was coming unglued. The counter was nasty. This hotel is a dump!

We had a very disappointing experience with the staff. We were a group of 17 very tired from business travel. Check in was at 4pm but didn’t give us our 5 rooms until 4:50pm. At check out time we requested check out at 11:30am but they refused and want to charge extra. Staff not helpful, kind or courteous. If you don’t appreciate my business I will take it somewhere else. Thank you.

Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa parannettavaa ja muutenkin hotellin palvelut heikot. Sijainti lähellä Gateway Archia ok, mutta muuten hotellin ympäristö aika hurjassa kunnossa.

We have to have no feather/down in our room due to life threatening allergies to one of us. We go to at least a dozen different hotels a year. Never has any place never accommodated us for this to be a thing they didn't rectify. (Until now) We (my wife and I) had to go without pillows, for the first time, ever. We have stayed here before (more than once) and they always accommodated us with non feathered bedding. This time we had to use the extra towels as pillows. Got stuck in the elevator for over five minutes before help arrives front desk very rude rooms were dirty pool not operational would never recommend this hotel!!!!

There was no phone to call front desk staff was very impatient and not very helpful no microwave in room beds half made up check in delays the only thing good about this place was the price
