Staff was terrible, pool was green and closed, told me we could leave if we wanted to, had to ask for towels and toilet paper 3 times, hide a bed in room with dirty sheets had to ask 3 times before I finally snagged a maintenance man in the hallway to move it

The staff was very vague border line rude had no supplies on the list that was in the room if you left anything at home no water no tooth brush etc. Pool look as if it had a giant ring around the tub and water was a funny shade of green no late check out or early check in a male staff was nice one female seemed to be afraid to help us and the 2 female talked as if she owned the place I know the previous owner Mr. Rand nothing like it used to be just giving my honest opinion

Do not stay here, this area is unsafe. My car was broken into and vandalized. The staff did not care and refused to provide a refund.

I booked our room on hotels.com for two queen beds. When we got there, there wasn’t any rooms available including the one I had just booked. They were able to get us into a different room which only had one king bed. We were able to get a rollaway mattress in, but it was still a tight squeeze for four people. Our TV did not work at all. You’re not able to watch any channels. The hotel itself smelled of old smoke. Staff there were all kind and helpful. I was quite disappointed. I arrived in St. Louis on May 30. When I landed at the airport, I checked my email to see that there was a message from Expedia indicating that the Casino Queen Hotel was unable to accommodate my stay due to renovations, thereby forcing me to find a last minute hotel for the next two nights! Room was not very clean, pool was not clean and looks like a deposit ring around it and stuff on the sides. No real smell of chlorine. Water was very hard apparently no water softener. Maybe needs some updating. Shelf in shower was put up w caulking and not a clean job. It was close to the train and busch stadium and other places so the location was great. Casino was pretty nice and food was good.
