wrong product description: this scanner cannot handle long receipts despite being said in the description this scanner can only handle receipts up to 14 inches long (if it is any longer the scanner says it's jammed), well your typical receipt is 3 times as long, returned
Not email compatible To hard to use and it will not send info to emails I feel like I wasted my money because I wanted to scan and email papers but this scan will not do that. Very disappointed
Another way to infect your computer I bought this hoping to use it with my Mac or my Windows operating system. I tried to work both for 4 hours. The cd they provide for set up gave me a virus on both computer and had scratches all over it.It never loaded info or directed me to anything. Just blank. What a hoax.
This machine doesn't work I purchased this machine and it never worked. I contacted Brother and they sent me another one and it doesn't work either. The support from Brother was terrible!!
Download your Proper Operating Software First, 32 bit, 64 bit, Windows 10, 7, etc. I have Windows 10 64 bit and read a few reviews that stated this device doesn't work well with it. Just go to the Brother Download site for this DS-620, select your correct OS from their list, install the software BEFORE you connect your new device. Works great, selected PDF with Multiple Pages, lets you feed one at a time, select cancel once done with your scanned pages and check your PDF.
Disappointed The color scanner selection is awful!!!! The black and white setting is the only one the works decent for me.
Requires that I purchase new software I purchased this scanner in February 2016. When I got this scanner it included software that was quite useful. I could scan several pages into one document and create a file name for the document. Now, when I try to use the scanner, the application that came with the scanner is gone. Stopped working I really liked this scanner at first, it was easy to use and easy to store. But after less than 6 months it stopped feeding the paper correctly. Unless the paper is very firm (like cardstock) I cannot get it to feed anymore. Total waste of money.
