    Works... but it’s not very impressive. Clunky software and if the receipt is too long... it’s gonna think it jammed. That’s how they all do though... even Neat’s garbage equipment does the same. Also... DO NOT scan receipts in black and white if thy have a crease in them. Use greyscale instead.

    Worst service ever from Brother Worst service ever from Brother. Ive been battling for two days why the twain driver wont get set up on my mac. Their site states it supports latest versions of apple products. But when you go online download their driver the updated version says 2013. Now how can a 2013 driver work in 2018. We all know apple releases a new ios every year. Dont waste your money and like mentioned about the worst customer service.

    Buy Something else. Terrible Driver...don't buy....

    Total Garbage software the software is horrible. it is fine if you want to scan one page of something,, but lets say you have a 5 page document,, well now you have 5 files. Also the software crashes and the book that comes with it, useless.. will return this garbage and do yourself a favor.. save your money and don't buy this

    Not even in a box? Better not be a refurb! Product is easy to use. Have one that I use at work which is what prompted me to buy one for my home. I have no actually plugged this one in and / or installed the software on my home computer yet. First impressions are big. When I opened the shipping box, the scanner and other items were inside a plastic bag. No package box, no 'air cushion' bags, just bouncing around loose in the shipping box.     There has to be a better scanner out there Went through about 5 mini usb cords on this thing. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Takes forever to grab the page you are scanning. About 50/50 if it will scan the page or come up with an error. There has to be a better scanner out there.

    One Star Keep jamming every now and then. Will only scan 8 inches of receipt.
