Not Recommended Stopped working after being very slow and constantly causing paper jams. I do not recommend this awful scanner.

While the scanner is good, I could not recommend it! While the scanner works well and seems sturdy and effective, the software program that comes with it is highly ineffective. It often will not save the image to the designated file. You then have to do a search and personally move the image to the correct file. Big time waster!!! Manufacture has done nothing to improve their software. I think it is sad that a good product in not supported by quality software or made to work with other software programs. HORRIBLE (at least for Mac!!) This scanner is awful. It doesn't function well with a Mac at all. I've used a small portable Fujitsu forever, I guess it spoiled me. With a mac, this scanner does not have continuous feed - every time you enter a new page, if you want it as part of the same PDF, you have to click on your computer to accept it. And, in order to scan, the document has to be placed ever so perfectly with no creases. Could be better Cons..Did not feed documents good. Kept giving error message. Pros.. I have not lost hope.
HORRIBLE SUPPORT. If you have a machine running Windows ... HORRIBLE SUPPORT. If you have a machine running Windows 10, 64 bit, I would RUN. I have spent multiple chats and phone calls trying to resolve my issues. The scanner scans - but WTF - where does it go??????? Not on my desktop where they assure me it is, not in their app, not in my neat program. They asked me to uninstall for the (seriously), 10th time. I AM DONE. Next stop is to blast them on facebook and twitter.
Two Stars Returned. Bought to scan legal size, but couldn't get pages to go in straight.

Wouldn't connect to my windows tablet I bought this with the hopes of being able to scam to my windows tablet. I was never Abe to get it to work do I sent it back.
Terrible with photos Borrowed one of these to see how good it was at scanning photos, since I had a lot of old family photos to scan. Did a test scan of a few photos and the quality was terrible. Grid-shaped scan lines and a big vertical line on one side were visible no matter what settings I tried. Would probably be better for documents, but if I need to scan documents I just use my phone's camera with Office Lens.
