My claim was denied first because the claim department at easy auto shipping said that the damage was present at the pick up. They were looking to pictures of after the pick up of the car. When I proved these were not the the pick up pictures and showed the real pick up pictures, they changed their speech saying that the damage DO NOT exist on the car in the delivery pictures!!! Horrible people. Do not use them. The contract asked for a cashier's check at the delivery and then the driver wanted cash. And when I called Easy Auto and they said they'd keep the car unless I paid cash. I'd have no problem paying cash, but that's not how the contract read and not how I prepared. Go elsewhere for shipping your vehicle.

The service was terrible. My car was scheduled to arrive on a Saturday. In the evening when it had not arrived I contacted the dispatch person from the delivery service and got one run around after another. I then tried to contact Easy Auto because they advertise 24/7 availability. After sending several text with no answers I tried their phone number several times and again no answer. I will never use them again.
I reached out to this company on December 7, 2023 to ship a vehicle from ********* to *******. The initial pick up day was to be December 27, 2023 with a delivery date to be January 6, ****. I contacted them on January 2 when I found out the vehicle had not been picked up. I asked for status and I was told theyre waiting to assign a driver. False promises and no communication. Reached out as I had read great things about the company and was greeted with pleasantries and promises of no issues in getting two vehicles shipped from ***** to Washington. Was quoted a great price on the 29th and an expectation that even though it was near the New Year's that this would happen within a few days, could even expedite if wanted to but again was told not to worry. I wouldn't recommend it. The agent failed to secure the first driver on time, and the second driver wasn't confirmed until just before the final shipping day, resulting in an additional $100 fee due to the agent's error. Moreover, I had to initiate contact daily to get updates on the booking status. The agent's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, pressuring me to pay the extra fee to ensure the second driver.The pickup went well, but the delivery process was fraught with issues. They were supposed to pick up the vehicle in late November and deliver it to an auto repair shop I use. I gave Easy Auto Ship the days and hours the shop would be open. The driver arrived ON THANKSGIVING DAY! My friend had to interrupt his family Thanksgiving dinner and drive 20 miles to meet him, help load the truck, then drive 20 miles back.
