Disappointing The fact that I booked for luxury kings size room instead got a double Queens beds. And still had to pay the same price that was not a good customer service, and I hasn't in the mood to go back and forth with them. The overall location and the atmosphere.

Nie wieder Eldorado. Nach einem Fehler von mir bei der Buchung völlig unflexibel. Keine Antwort auf mehrere Mails. Am Telefon nur Aussagen wie: Wenden sie sich an booking.com . Ich habe den ganzen Tag probiert den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verschieben, Zimmer waren genügend frei, es ist ein riesiges Hotel. Vorsicht, wer hier bucht, dem werden keine Fehler verziehen.
One night stay I asked about getting a cup of coffee in the morning while sitting at the slot machine at 7am, the lady wanted to charge me $5 , I said forget it! The security of access at the elevator to go up to the customer rooms was good.

Disappointing The bathroom had hairs in the floor, our room was in the side of the street view, they had a car show going on and we didn’t sleep. Extremely loud I loved the comfort of the beds
First and last! The noise and smell of the room. As well as terrible beds. Not soft at all! I called for staff to bring ear plugs and they never came up. Car chargers in the garage
