Bad The room. Woke up at 2 am with ants in the bed on the walls and all over the nightstands. We ended up checking out at 3 am and not staying our next night. The casino

Look for donewhere else I was put into the wrong style room which had an extremely hard bed with pillows that smelled like sweat. The customers service person said because I booked through Booking. Com the room we paid for is not guaranteed we get that room. Then we needed to check out before 12pm and we had no hot water. Called the desk at 10am and the guy came to talk to us at 1215-1130. Gave us a half hour to shower and check out. Good location

Poor The parking garage, skyway to hotel were littered. The parking spaces were designed for Carollas. Vert poor signage. Facing east exposed the rooms to the extremely loud music from the nightclub. Techno music rattled the windows until 2am. Very noisy A/C which was sufficient loud enough to drown out the boisterous occupants up and down the hall. Checking out.

Passable Room small and very dated while whole place appears like a refugee from the 70s, you get hit with cigarette smoke immediately you enter the ground floor, check in staff were disinterested and not friendly, pool small and heavily chlorinated, Not much. Comfortable bed, dealers were friendly and nice to talk to

I would not stay there again. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Toilet was running all night. Only view was of ugly roof outside. Couldn't find any disabled parking availability - had to walk a vey long way from parking to lobby. Bed was comfortable, and room was fairly quiet.

Bad Our little room was packed away in a corner on the 9th floor. At 10PM, loud Rap music was coming from the wall by the bed. We called the main desk 3 times and security twice. Security came to our room around midnight and heard the loud music in the wall. They said there was nothing they could do because it was coming from the other side of the wall on the outside of the building. We didn't fall asleep till after 2.
