Bed was high in the middle and low on the sides. A/C heater was loud, soundedblike it was raining in the room. Caled for mkre towels and cupa twice, never showes up. Called for the bell boy to get our luggage never showed up. The tub was concave on the bottom, not flat to stand comfortably.
Not the room I reserved, replacement was terrible We reserved a single king size bed room. We were pushed out to a 2 queen bed room. That would have been ok, but the counters were below waist height and the tub would not drain while taking a shower.
Through Expedia i selected a non- smoking room. The hotel put me in a smoking room. They told me that is what Expedia sent to them My reservation states a non- smoking room. I expect a funn refund - no exceptions.
Dated! Most stuff CLOSED and only open after we left. Slots not cleaned or wiped down. My same cigar wrappers where on the same slots the next morning. Very disappointed by condition and cleanliness of property
They talked us into upgrading to a suite and so we paid the extra money and when we entered the room we found out that we were staring out the window at the roof of the main building and all, their Huge air conditioning equipment 10 feet in front of us. When we asked to switch rooms They were rude to us and demanded we pay more money for a bigger suite. After 22 years of coming to the El Dorado hotel, we didn’t expect to be treated this way.

I have been going to this hotel for many years as a bowler. My a/c in my first room wasn’t working correctly so the front desk sent maintenance. They worked on it and said it’s ok now. Woke up in the night and the room was so hot. I went to the front desk in the morning and told them I wanted a new room. I got a new room that I needed to move to. I should of got a comp for not sleeping all night.
