Fair I didn't enjoy the smoke smell through out the building. The room was smoke free however. The lines to eat at any restaurant were too long. The noise level was too high. The front desk never answered the phone when I called. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished.

Fair Room was very cold, the thermostat can no be adjust.

Won’t stay here again if I can help it. Checked in and was given a room. Hauled all of my stuff up only to find out the keys didn’t work. Nobody would come up help me, I had to come all the way back down and get a new set of keys. Got a new room and the heat didn’t work. Bathroom was small and no fan or ventilator. I told the manager who checked me out in the morning and his response was just “oh sorry”. Not sure what the extra money I paid for a “luxury” room was for. This was my second poor experience staying in this hotel... read more

won't do it again. never it was the smallest room I've stayed in. pretty sure I paid for a queen and got a double bed. couldn't even get wifi because it was like a closet it had a tv
