I paid for luxury and thays not what I got! My sheeta had stans on them. The roll of toilet paper should have been replaced with a new roll instead of using from prior guest....I just feel the room could have. Even better for me staying in a luxury room. The front desk staff was very nice

Close to downtown other than that it was trash .When we checked in the lady was kind of rude. I had asked how close the rooms where together. She said they weren't. I said I asked for that when I reserved it she said no, you booked it two separate towers, you did it. Like I know that. Granted, she did re-arrange it so we could be close to our parents, but it was still off putting. She didn't tell us you needed a room key to work the elevator.
