Don’t stay here! Room was not clean and the toilet did not flush. Called the front desk for it to be fixed and no one ever came to repair it. Staff was rude at check in.
Highly disappointing when the cafe for breakfast isn’t even open for the entire day. Overall, very poor food experience. Customer service is clearly secondary to profit. Had a power failure setting off “fire alarms” and the alarms could not be heard in our room, so safety is also a concern. Doubtful, as of today, that we will ever be interested in going back
Automated Check in not working only 2 people at desk. Room older than last Weds stay
Scary elevator experience Going to keep it short and simple.. hotel was good but I had a an incident in the parking garage elevator. As me and my parents along with 3 other guests had a horrible experience. We got stuck in an elevator that dropped from the 5th floor all the way to the basement. We got stuck in it for about 35-40min.. finally when we were able to get out of this horrible situation. I am talk to security and they suggested me and the other guests to go see the manager. No air conditioning
The property hasn’t been remodeled for a while. Nobody there presents like they actually like working there. Limited dining options, technically no options after 10:00 pm. Cafe food prices outrageous. Homeless people laying around by entrances.
HORRIFIC The pictures are deceiving. I’m very disappointed beyond words. Will never recommend and will never stay again. Just awful. I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay here. :(
