Called for towels for 2 days and housekeeping never came
We were switched to a room that was not what we reserved. We reserved a king and got two queens. View out of the window was of a wall 5 feet away.
Hotel is not worth the price The hotel smells of smoking and additional odors, room are outdated and small, called numerous times for towels and tissues and did not receive them, hotel is rundown.
I booked a king bed and they gave me two double beds, the old bait and switch!!! I still got charged for the king, they said they were over booked. The kicker was my beautiful view of the large fan that kicked on ALL freaking night !!!! I swear if you go through anyone but them you get the worst rooms !!!!!
We asked to be moved- first room had a huge air conditioner outside blocking any view; 2nd room was dusty, could see it on furniture and phone, wreaked of paint, shower head hit our shoulders, had to get on knees to wash hair 😜; both rooms pop corn ceiling; right outside door was ice machine that woke us any time someone got ice. Very outdated. Friends room looked updated and another friend had updated room with a bathroom door so small only ‘normal’ size could fit through.
The rooms and common areas are overdue for an update. Because smoking is permitted in the common areas and casino the odor takes some getting used to. Friendly staff at the casino bars.
Room was awful. Smelled sooooo bad! The hotel needs a deep clean.
