I was charged 22.5 for early arrival. The room heat/ac ran but neither heat or cool came out. The shower heat was at my chest and not my head. The place hasn’t been renovated for 20 years. The restaurants/bar closed at 9/10pm Some aren’t open till Thursday. I paid over 160 for a room that started at 64. Find a different place to stay.
Very dated property. Not renovated in a very long time. Rooms were pitiful and things like the shower didn’t get hot carpets and beds were dirty and just so run down and limited options for dining and entertainment.
Nothing like the photos advertised. Stained bedsheets and a staff that was passive aggressive because I booked through a third party website (hotels.com) and reminded me of it numerous times throughout both the check in and check out process.
ALL OUT ATTACK ON YOUR LUNGS - THROAT - NOSE Our room was disgusting. It was a literal crime scene because a million + cigarettes were killed in that room. We could barely breathe and we were given a non-smoking room - which most likely means no one will smoke when you are in the room.
Old hotel. Stay at GSR instead
