No service late night. And it’s dirty.
Room was a down grade from our last visit, even though reserved alike room this time! 16th floor to room heavy cigarette smoke present, irritating to the eyes not to mention clothing smelling like an ash tray!! Room was also noisy will not stay un that sector again. However last stay was very good & will try one more time.
The room smelt like cigarettes . The bathroom was horrible and very crapy layout. For the view all we had was roof top look At definitely not a suit
Climate not under control The climate control was out of control and mostly on and noisy. Couldn't sleep from that.
We got there and I booked a kind bed and we got to our room and it was 2 queens.. the gentleman that checked us in didn’t even tell me… the tub didn’t hold water, and didn’t sleep at all because of the constant slamming of doors.. decided to go eat at the beer brewery down stairs and there was paper in my burger! This was my very first time in Reno and I’m very disappointed!
The property has few options to eat food and drink, on Monday options were very few. It is right in the downtown so no need to go far
