Regular Que el cuarto estaba muy caliente el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y estaba extremadamente bochornoso y caliente pasamos la peor noche y luego pedimos una Cuna y jamás llegó La habitación es muy limpia y amplia

Fair We booked a players king suite and got a jr queen suite. The jetted tub had burn marks on it. The carpet was wet and dirty. And we had a view of the parking garages. Not what i expected! Definatley not the room i had before for the same price! Very disappointing Staff was nice but that was the only good part of it all!

Bad They lost the reservation and then put us in a room that was the size of a closet. They didn't Comp the room because we booked with you guys.it was the WORST experience ever. I would like to talk to someone about a refund

Only satisfactory I’m sure it was for security but you had to use your room key to operate the elevator as well as entrance to your room. Both my key and my friends key failed almost immediately. When we went to the registration desk we had to wait for a supervisor to authorize new keys. Paid for a deluxe double queen and the room was basic with only one chair 🤷 The staff was pleasant

Petite Room The AC in the room I was assigned DID NOT work even after maintenance came to fix it. The food selections are very limited but overall great service and meals, wait time on weekends are very long. Cocktail waitresses are not really anywhere to be found you’re better off finding a bar. The room I booked was for a petite room one queen bed for 2 adults but the lady gave us a bigger room with two queens and a top floor with a stunning view.

Poor Old and crapy for the price paid. No breakfast offered.

Fair Room was total strip down. Box springs on bed did not even have any kind of cover over them. Coffee maker was extremely hard to use
