Have zero service unless you Valet. Toilet was plugged the tv didnt work.....

Downtown Reno is Worn Out!! El Dorado has gone downhill since it's heyday. There were hardly any people in the casinos. They payout was terrible at El Dorado, Circus Circus and Silver Legacy. Our room was clean but very dated. Furniture from the eighties. On our second day here we went to Peppermill where slots were loose with lots of people having fun. Will stay there next time.
We had a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray didn’t mean to book the smoking room but I always carry spray did not help we asked for a late check out they said no problem 1 o’clock at 9:30 AM the maid opened our door and we did have the do not disturb on it and I thought it was really rude told her we had a late check out she came back at 10:30 and open the door again thank goodness my fiancé had his shorts on he was ready to take a shower told her again a late check out.
