Hold your beer Sit back prop up your feet and read the review. This place was a great value. I was skeptical at first because of the value. The pictures that they show online are not what you get. When we first arrived, they gave us a room on the 6th floor. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and it was the most oldest room in the hotel and smelled like dirty jock socks . Rooms looked pretty old and urgently required renovation. I am sure there are renovated rooms, but the staff chose to give us antique looking rooms. Stayed on 23rd floor and had a view. It could be because of heating system but we all woke up with bad headache every morning. (consumed no liquor, so no hangover possible). For some reason could smell cigarette smoke out of air coming from heat vent in my non smoking room. Could be because of circulated air from smoking room/ casino. I got food poisoning and informed the front desk and they just appeared to not really care and just went threw their required steps
room was very small and heater was not working. it was bad experience. don’t want to stay there anymore.
Customer service friendly, First day we had a problem with heating system, but it was fixed in 2 hours, nest day coffee maker did not work and the shower had a problem draining the water very slow.
Pictures show a nice hotel. Reality is different. Maybe it’s just Reno.
Won’t be staying here again
