Why did the property charge so much for such a poor view? The view sucked and I paid a lot of money so I could have a nice view but most of it was blocked by the big white round structure. I feel ripped off. The room itself was nice.

Disappointing Front desk employees were very rude, and mean, and talking to me like there’s a problem that I used a third party app to book the suite I reserved, which I was unable to stay in, and she switched me to a tiny room where the view was of all the inside of the swimming pool maintenance area, it was terrible, no air ventilation and the air conditioner was broken we were very uncomfortable and sweating I liked the location, the cleaning ladies were very nice, maintained very well, all staff was excellent, but the fr... read more

Never again will we stay at the Eldorado. TV did not work when we arrived. Safe would not open when we arrived. All the additional fees, i.e. resort fee etc were absolutely ridiculous. no valet, no room service, too many "mask police" eyeballing everyone. No one was happy with their job. There was nothing enjoyable with our stay. The rewards desk was of no help with understanding how things work. The desk actually closed while I was waiting to talk to someone. nothing
