Paid a grand to pay off my insurance for a year, swapped out my car to add a different car i bought and added a car i bought (much older car) and they charged 900 dollars. turns out they double charged me for a car i had already paid off for the year they have over a grand for me and have not contacted me and are ignoring my calls
15 mins long questions high rates for even liability based on zip codes . Was told Maryland a high state I want to move back to Florida
I have never had a worse experience with an insurance company in my life. They have to be paying for reviews. I had a very time sensitive issue with my vehicle and the first call took 45min for someone to answer. Then they had to review and told me they would reach out next day. Never get the call back so I have to call in (another 45min) only for someone to tell me that my claim was still be reviewed and they would call that afternoon. The Worst Insurance Company So Far, They've had my car for over a month now and it's like they don't know what to do. They have no sense of what the insurance world needs as far as customer service. They don't care who you are what you need and what the damage is to the car they believe they should always damage it out and total it before they even get the facts straight. A couple weeks ago I signed on with them and not even 2 weeks into my policy they charged me a late fee and a reversal fee. I'm still battling it. They kept saying I stopped payment but I did not. I had sent them bank statements showing I haven't and one of the ladies lied and said she called my bank and my bank apparently told her I did. But makes no sense because I have to carry an sr22 so I need consist insurance and paid the amount anyways. Now they tagged an extra ** onto my bill. Elephant was good because originally price low. BUT once needed to use it they claimed my car which went airborne on highway was fixable. Luckily I was not at fault. The other insurance company had it put on a lift and did a thorough inspection and it was totaled. Bent frame, caved in from top even. THEN when trying to cancel they keep debiting account. Contacted ALL day. One CSR said would not debit. It did. Now overdrawn. No grocery money and no special Easter for my special need child.
I had coverage with Elephant Insurance. For no reason, that I can ascertain, they did not process my payment on the regular payment date. I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. I purchased full coverage was involved in a hit and run accident my children and myself. This insurance company investigated me like I did something wrong for over a month. The only time I would here from the investigator Bryan was when I would reach out to him. They refused to pay me and my children for our injuries even though we went to the hospital and was injured, they refused to let me use my uninsured coverage that I have or any coverage I had that... read more
I had to initiate the claim for the driver that hit my new truck and bent the rim. They did pay to get the truck fixed but after doing my own research my base line for diminished value was $**** to $*****. My truck is listed on ****** now with a wreck and they said they wanted to give me $***. Of course I declined the amount. I will be sending this to a attorney for taking this on contention. I will nail the company for wring doing.
