Calling this business a con artist is giving them too much credit as there was nothing artistic about the s*** they tried to pull. A vulnerable family member fell for the scam, and I spent hours on their merry-go-round hold line while they try and get you to give up and disconnect. I just got off the phone with a representative, and the experience was horrible. He was yelling at me, accusing me of not caring for my car, and even said it would just sit there broken down and get towed away. He pressured me to pay for a service upfront without properly explaining what it was for. The interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend using this company.

This company misrepresented the amount it would cost to extend my vehicle warranty. Now to cancel this ridiculous arrangement!In trying to contact this company, there have been no responses. I called to cancel my coverage plan with this company. They made it very difficult and kept asking for information about my new plan with another company after I kindly refused three times. It is unfortunate how passive aggressive the representative got as the call progressed. The representative meant to cancel my policy and hang up. No confirmation, no refund. The correct price of their insurance was never reveled to me clearly. The agent was very rude when I asked detailed questions and he by passed my questions. I finally got it cancelled but it wasnt easy. Beware of extra fees!
