My stay at encompass was outstanding!. I cannot praise the pt/ot sraff,the nurses,the janitors,the doctors,the cna's,the ,na's,they showed me nothing but love and compassion. I forget thier names but please acknowledge all staff there Encompass management.If my parent has to be in rehab or nursing facility i would proudly put my dad there.

I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of care my mother received at Encompass in their Braintree facility after my mother spent the last 15 days. A few people to call out: Doctor Williams Nurse Supervisor - Oscar Overnight Tech - Patricia aka Pat OT - Joelle PT - Stephanie Case Management - Laura and Carol the Director Head of Food - Karla My mother was resistant going into Rehab after being in the hospital for over 10 days but now says it was the best place and so happy she went. Had an excellent experience with Encompass Braintree. I was worried about my parent staying at a live in facility, but his days were full making the time pass quickly. Staff were very accommodating to visitors.

My Sister suffered a serious Fractured Hip and was in need of rehab, I had asked for the South Shore rather than Boston area as I live on the South Shore. Encompass Heath Hospital was recommended, she was there for almost three weeks. They worked magic on her, got her up and walking in three days, attended to her every need with compassion and kind response. WE cannot say enough about the nurses, the PT TEAM and of course their Case Manager Laura Savage who kept me informed each step of the way..THANK YOU AND MERRY CHRISTMA... read more
