The most dishonest and cheating false services, i bought a warranty for a fairly New vehicle 2023 paid in advance could not get a Real Person on the line after 23 calls two emails, finally i called Corp after 22 min. wait i get an AI voice who was of not help, NOW i will cancel and demand all my monies paid to this fake company
Do not waste your time. I purchased a warranty on a used Jeep Cherokee that covered the vehicles AC compressor. The compressor failed a couple months after purchase and the mechanic let them know what was wrong with the compressor and they stated they needed to send out a claims person to make sure the compressor was faulty. The mechanic showed them that the compressor failed every test and they said they needed further proof before covering it. This Warranty company is a joke. A bunch of scammers. They will take your money with no problem then find all kinds of loop holes to prevent from paying out. Save yourself a headache and don't do business with them. I hold my dealership that sold me this crap just as guilty
My car problem was diagnosed by the dealer, Endurance was contact. Endurance verified the coverage and the repair was made immediately the next day. I'm very satisfied with your service.
