I have had Endurance on several vehicles in the past, and like my current one, they have never failed to cover me. The key is selecting the best coverage, which is what I always do. It's a bit more expensive up front, but it saves me thousands of dollars over the long haul. Thank you, Endurance, for being there when I needed you most.

Received a card in the mail with someone else's name at our address. Went to the post office who informed me to call Endurance. Called and the representative promptly apologized and said she is removing the Record ID number that was on the card from their system.
FRAUD. WHEN YOU CANCEL THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY PLEAS BEWARE!!!
I received a letter from someone claiming to be Endurance. The letter shows the Skokie Blvd address that BBB has for them, but it instructs me to call a number that's not a number that BBB currently has for them so I can't be sure whether the company mailing me is actually the Endurance that received the current A+ rating. ZERO STARS!!!This company keeps spamming me with unsolicited emails up to 40 times per day.I have unsubscribed and reported as spam 100's of times. If this is a legitimate business, why are they using such unethical tactics? I believe they may also be operating under or affiliated with a company called **********. At my wits end with them BOTH.
horrible customer service and ****** business practices false promise on claim coverage unfortunately . i cant do negtive stars trying to cancel services as im typing in my review.
Just won't stop sending letters...have called time and time again to be removed from mailing list...they say no problem and keeping sending mailing...told them l don't want their product and they keep sending stuff...they even send me stuff for vehicles l don't...they are worse then telemarketers...when l say no l nean no...they are beyond irratating
