Received a card in the mail with someone else's name at our address. Went to the post office who informed me to call Endurance. Called and the representative promptly apologized and said she is removing the Record ID number that was on the card from their system.
Just won't stop sending letters...have called time and time again to be removed from mailing list...they say no problem and keeping sending mailing...told them l don't want their product and they keep sending stuff...they even send me stuff for vehicles l don't...they are worse then telemarketers...when l say no l nean no...they are beyond irratating
Sure looks like a scam to me. I received a letter notifying me of a price increase for a contract I have no knowledge of. Nor had I ever heard of Endurance before. They refused to identify the car they supposedly are insuring after I refused to identify it for them, fearing a phishing scam. I had purchased my car from a friend (not a dealer) when it was already seven years old, and that was almost 10 years ago. Pure scam. I just received a letter through the **** that said that there would be a price increase in my extended vehicle service plan. The problem is that I do not own a vehicle and haven't owned a vehicle in decades.
Not only did they send my 90-year-old mother (and hasn't driven in a few years now) a letter indicating her eligibility for some scam service program, it was for a car she never owned. Get your stuff together BBB. They should not have an A+ rating. Not the first letter either.
I don't even use these SCAMMERS but yet they send mail wanting me to pay them for outdated auto insurance! The constant mailing of price increases that I need to act NOW! These ass-hats need to be sued !!!
They left me in a bind without transportation for over 62 days. The adjuster came to dealership four or fives times this continue ongoing thing back in forth with the dealership about a transmission in Lincoln. I never got rental vehicle it was cover under warranty, I went hertz they said I was I would to have pay out of pocket. it was not cover warranty. they only agree to pay $2700 then it was $8000 total cost for transmission.
