When my truck began showing signs of a problem I took it to the dealership to be checked. The service manager called me that afternoon and explained the problem; the torque converter was beginning to fail. He said it would probably cost around $2,000 and that this was something that could lead to transmission trouble if I didnt have it repaired. Wow. I have had Endurance for several years. They have paid two claims on two separate vehicles with no problem. I will say on the second claim, I was surprised that I had to pay for a rental and be reimbursed when on the first claim, the dealership had an Enterprise car rental that allowed me to pick up the vehicle once the service was approved and they billed Endurance after. I was skeptical about extended warranties after seeing mixed reviews online, but my experience with Endurance has been excellent. I purchased a plan for my 2015 Kia ***** and within 6 months, my transmission failed. I was doubtful as to whether Endurance was the real deal, I halfway thought that I was going to be given a run around if I ever made a claim. Well, the time came around for a claim for nearly $2000 on my electrical system. Endurance didn't give me a run around, they paid the claim at a shop of my choice. They are a good deal and a very good company.
