My service advisor was pleased with the way Endurance worked with him setting up the claim. Even though the part took a lo/ng time to come in, the claim was promptly paid when the work was competed.

The representative in account management who was in the ******* area was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
I did not think what I need done was in my policy so I called Endurance it was and all I had to pay was my deductible!! I was so excited and pleased with the outcome!! Thanks!!!

Well the very first time I tried to use Endurance my claim was rejected. Had to pay 398 dollars out of my pocket. So I called customer **********************, they said it was due to a manufacturer defect which wasn't covered. Well I said, "Ok when I cancel my policy, when will my coverage end?" Well the customer ********************** representative said "Let me see what I can do". Well long story short, they took about 200 dollars off my overall policy bill. So I am happy for now.
