Manager ********* was a pleasure to speak with. She has exceptional customer ********************** and was very kind. Great experience dealing with everyone I have spoken to at Endurance over several phone calls.

I needed to cancel my coverage because I sold the vehicle that was under the Endurance warranty. **** was very helpful in getting me all the documentation I needed to complete the cancellation and possible refund process.
The NO hassle warranty company. We were broken down some 30 miles or so outside of our hometown and Endurance sent a tow truck out to get us and bring us back to one of their top rated repair shops and in just the very next day, we were on our way again.We were blessed to have Endurance!?????????
Overall, i am pleased with customer **********************. They are always professional and kind. My only complaint is when i went to have a repair done on something i thought would have been covered (a cylinder) they decided that was preventable maintenance.

When I called in, I was given to one of your sales **** from ***** area or ******* I dont remember which his name was *****. I had some questions. He had good answers. I had some more questions. He was well-versed, had some objections he addressed those he asked for the sale I locate it wasnt pushy, but his knowledge was an asset to your company and to the customer. Highly recommend ***** if you can get them although its calling is random.
My customer ********************** contact, Mr. ********* was helpful and efficient. He spoke clearly and politely, handling my payment change and answering my question about the number of remaining payments.If I need customer ********************** again, rather than a different agent, I would like to speak to Mr. ********* although I doubt you could give me his direct number.
