Well basically I just couldn't get into the app because the app is no longer viable but the representative I spoke with was extremely helpful right off the bat she sent me the link I needed to find out anything I wanted to know when I needed the service and she was very polite
The representative is very accommodating and great to talk with. She explained to me the benefits of extended warranty. Over all Im so glad I signed up with Endurance.

very straight-forward, knowledgeable, seemed to relate to me and my family, had sence of humor, answered all questions and did not "beat around the ****" and one of the most important details is that he did not pressure and try to "sell". He presented the package, answered questions, joked a little and that was it. He was informative but NO pressure. Had an "I am here to help" attitude and if you do not want this product, just keep me in mind and call us back. We are here tio help you.

I recently had my first problem with my pickup since I signed up for Endurance insurance. My shop handled all communication and we were approved for part of my repair in just 24 hours. Great company to work with.
Excellent when an adjuster is not involved, extremely fast and painless. Could do better when an adjuster is involved. Overall excellent but dont like when you bring it to a dealership Endurance will not pay for the *** part they want to use aftermarket and the dealership will not warranty an aftermarket parts. It takes 3 days for an adjuster to come and inspect, that is too long for me
Service Is Great and I dont have any issues with Yall
My wife is VERY resourceful, and Endurance was her choice and I followed her lead.
The young man was very helpful and assisted me with my questions.
