I purchased a policy threw endurance and filed a claim and was having a very difficult time w it and finally after getting a lot of run around I was finally able to speak to *** ******* an account manager for ********************** and she did an awsome job of explaining the claim to me and answering my questions and making sure I actually understood everything what was even more amazing was she got me into a better contract than the one I was in to avoid the headache that I went threw on this claim need more employees like ... read more
Endurance helped cover the cost when my transmission( Valve body) went out on my new to me 2021 ***** Trail Boss 5.3 10 speed. The whole process from the Friday before Memorial Day when it went out to getting my truck back was 3 weeks to the day. Endurance did a zoom call to dealership to investigate the problem, but had to send out an investigator to inspect it in person. I had to pay the $100 deductible and the transmission filter. The overall bill was $4300.00. So endurance covered $4000 of the bill. Thank God for that. T... read more

I've been having a problem with my auto pay with Endurance, so I called to get this resolved.The first ***** I spoke to was very nice (I was not), and I didn't quite understand what she was telling me, so she connected me to *****, who was so very kind and helped me thru the entire situation.I haven't had any claims, but I will continue to be a loyal customer
