I was skeptical about extended warranties after seeing mixed reviews online, but my experience with Endurance has been excellent. I purchased a plan for my 2015 Kia ***** and within 6 months, my transmission failed. Endurance covered the replacement (over $2,000), and recently they also covered a suspension repair for my ball joints.The process requires patienceyou must have verifiable maintenance records and use a reputable shop that calls for authorization before doing the work. I was doubtful as to whether Endurance was the real deal, I halfway thought that I was going to be given a run around if I ever made a claim. Well, the time came around for a claim for nearly $2000 on my electrical system. Endurance didn't give me a run around, they paid the claim at a shop of my choice. They are a good deal and a very good company.
