I upgraded my contract and originally did not go through the proper channel to do so although at the time I was not aware of that. I had the pleasure of speaking with ****** who had to go through all kinds of screens and procedures to correctly update my contract. Again, she was absolutely wonderful and made all the necessary corrections to properly upgrade my contract. She is definitely an asset to your company in every way.
