Account manager was courteous and professional. She was thorough in making sure my issue was addressed (though not resolved because of the complexity of the issue). She ensured that I would receive a call back regarding said issue. The time that she took and patience she provided was second to none. It was a pleasant experience.

****** explained that new owner of vehicle could use the 18 month of coverage remaining on the contract by only paying 7 months of the existing contract. Did not know of this option but increased my trust in Endurance. Never used the policy but was glad I had it. Still have wife's vehicle on another policy with them. Easy to work with and friendly personnel.
Had an interaction with ****** in customer ********************** and people like him are what make Endurnace a 5 star company. You can tell He cares for your well being and has your best interest at heart.
I initially signed up for an Elite plan but decided it was not something I wanted to do as I am now on a very fixed income and wanted to cancel the contract, after I spoke with manager ****** ******, it was actually cancelled and my first payment refunded, I will give kudos to the manager for trying to keep my business though I was less than patient initially.
