We signed up to cover a vehicle that we had not yet purchased yet. We did not get the purchase and we decided to cancel. Their account representative ****** did everything that his company could have asked of him. He tried to get me to reconsider the contract cancelation, but was not pushy. After making it clear we wanted to cancel he quickly issued us our refund with no problems. The customer ********************** representative was very polite and knowledgeable about their services. Gave me all my information I needed very quickly.
I just recently bought a new vehicle and it did not have any coverage on it I contacted them and they were able to help me get coverage Bumper to Bumper basically on my 2014 ***** Traverse rates are fair haven't had to use it yet so we'll see how that goes whenever I do have to use it look forward to working with them they seem to be a pretty fair company so far employees have been nice and helpful
