Endurance is a warranty you can count on!!! 4 years they kept my car in great condition and will continue to make ENDURANCE my warranty company!!
They have been very kind to me I'm terminal so times I needed to place my acct on hold til my medication was sure to be paid for never a problem also I have 18 months of free coverage...who does that?
Ive had 3 or 4 claims with Endurance and each time issue was 100% approved. Everything was resolved in a timely manner and the repair was done with no problems at all.
Last year my family place burned down we not only lost everything standing in the cold watching where we lived and everything we own go up in an inferno. Took 17 hours to completely stop the fires.Endurance insurance money came right away no haggles no waiting for weeks but they understood and went into action right away. We were greatful things happened so quickly. Just WOW! We never knew there was a company that was this good with extended car policies. My husband happened to come across them online while researching. We never purchase new cars because we dont want to take the first hit. This company provides exactly the coverage we need. The person we spoke to was FANTASTIC. My experience with endurance have been amazing. They help with alignments and oil changes I purchased the elite level of coverage. My first claim was getting my seat fixed the dealer contacted them it was a easy very simple process. I get calls about the law suit against endurance so far that has not been my experience. I'm a very satisfied customer.
