Communication between the auto dealer, myself & endurance was easy and accurate.
Endurance expressed an interest in my coverage to extend past my manufactures warranty. I have Endurance and had it also, prior to purchasing a new vehicle. I called to cancel my policy, however I was advised that if I keep paying and have there coverage also, I would only pay for three years and owe no more on my policy after that. So at the end of the manufactures warranty I’m covered. No brainer for me, no more payments on a great warranty plan.
Like to say that was the best help she done every thing to make sure the customer was helped in what they call in fromthe company need more people like her and the company will grow stronger she knew how to talk to the customer with kindness and support thank you endurance for have someone like she in your company the company will learn from her and move forward in the future.
I spoke with ****** and she was very professional and courteous. I had questions about my contract and she answered them in great fashion. Her professional energy was great.

Endurance took care of my claim no problem. A $4700 job only cost me $300 plus the $100 deductible. I had to say, after having my policy for only 3 months, I was a bit frightened about my claim being denied because of some stories I've heard about other warranty companies, but Endurance had my back.
