I have a 2019 vehicle, that it's original warranty from purchase was getting ready to expire, and had got quotes from them to renew for another 4 years, not a bad price for this. But, I also called Endurance to get info, and quotes from commercials seen on TV. ***** was very helpful, and explained all very well. I felt coverage was better, and had some perks other company did not, and the other company required 10% down-payment, then monthly payments of 30 months, which made your payments less, because you paid the 10% down ... read more

Excellent & Professional Customer **********************. The person who contacted me after I requested a quote gave a great run down of what they offer and how I would benefit from the service. Great price for all the services that they offer.
Have a mileage issue with my new contract. Attempted X3 to reach my sales person, no response from him. Not a good response for a new customeror any customer for that matter. Called again today. Spoke with customer **********************, Dianpaige, and she is awesome. If my issue gets fixed, it is totally because of her. Customer ********************** gets 5 stars, Sales Department gets 1 star.
So far there help has been awesome, thank you, I feel much better about my vehicle now!
