My experience was quite refreshing and enjoyable. The individual I spoke with was quite attentive and very well mannered. She was / is quite knowledgeable as well. Again I enjoyed my interaction with her.

I've had my Prius V ************* for 14 years now. When my original warranty expired, I signed on with Endurance. The first time I used it, the manager of the repair department at my local ****** dealer was a bit skeptical, but when I picked my car up, he said, "I told them what the problem was, how much it cost to repair it, and they paid it right away." I don't see how you can beat that!
