Spoke with manager Mrs. ***** and explained my situation that I was scammed by someone who posed for endurance and basically I got scammed out of $99 but she was able to make everything better by offering me a discount on my current coverage for the remaining payments. Im a returning customer 10+ years....as I had a 2013 **** escape covered by them before. Thank you Mrs. ***** for your help!!

I've had an great experience both times that called but the 2nd call with representative *** *. was Amazing! She's a very kind and patient person and made my objective seamless. I haven't made a claim but I anticipate that future encounters will also be pleasant and seamless.
