I had a issue with the process of canceling my warranty and ****** was very informative and helpful, got my questions answered she went above and beyond.
She was a good customer representative and answer all my questions. She know actually all the questions that I asking her give it the right answer. I will give it a good feedback an A plus

I just had a conversation with Daijah from Endurance. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. There are customer ********************** representatives out there that should emulate her. Endurance you are fortunate to have her.
When I called Endurance to cancel my contract, I honestly expected it to be a headache, but it turned out to be pretty smooth. The representative was professional, clear, and straight to the point, which I really respect. She explained exactly what the next steps were and didnt give me the runaround or unnecessary pressure. I just wanted the process handled properly, and thats exactly what happened. Overall, it was a solid customer ********************** experience, and I appreciate how it was managed.
