These people are crooks... bought a policy for my truck.. explained that my truck had oversized tires and a 4 1/2" lift. **** said notta problem...paid on this policy for 8 or 9 months... truck jumped time.. took it to the auto shop they recommended... inspector came out and they denied my claim for the motor.. why!! Because of the 4 1/2" lift... Was told after the fact they only warrant up to a 4" lift. Not happy poor customer ********************** one jeep ********************** cost me a day of work , bank fe, add up 130 + 40 not to mention it was never returned back to like I ask !!!! All because one lady took it upon her self to put my payment through with out listening !!!! Then proceeds to be a smart mouth !!!! I will not recomend this company to nobody poor poor customer ********************** you need to do better!!!!

Stay away from Endurance Warranty Services, LLC. I had 2 vehicles which they covered for 3 months. I never received a contract covering the terms and conditions. I traded the vehicles in. They were driven very little and never had a claim. I did not have any ID cards and had no idea of who to contact because I did not have a contract that should have been sent to me. Don't waste your money. They will find any little thing to deny a claim. Did it to me and several people I know that have used them. ************** as everyone else has done already. I should have taken a cue from them and cancelled mine a long time ago but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I believe this company is a scam. Reason why I'm saying that. It's because I constantly receive. Offers to buy an extended warranty on a brand new vehicle that I purchased last year. I may even state on the letter to buy an extended warranty on a 2023 ******* Tucson. I do not need to purchase an extended warranty on a brand new vehicle. That is a scam trying to get my money stay away from these people

I purchased a warranty the same day I purchased my 2014 **** Escape a year ago. It was explained to me that it would cover most repairs at any licensed repair shop minus a $100 deductible. Recently, my turbocharger went out (which is covered) I confirmed that I could take it to a **** Dealership and I checked with the dealership to confirm that they will work with Endurance and they do. I would give a 0 if possible. They denied a claim for a part that was clearly listed as covered in the contract. Terrible customer **********************. Do not use this company. They are a scam.

This is one of the most horrible warranties I've ever had they tell you that your money is refundable but they make it impossible for you to get your money back The people are not helpful they keep lying to you about the process and they're trying to get you off the phone so they won't have to deal with you endurance is not professional and my experience was not helpful at all so if you are thinking of this think twice
