Was sold an Endurance Warranty plan by a sales agent who explained my only responsibility was to complete all required maintenance on my 2015 **** Escape w/ 192,000 miles and make $116 monthly payments. I did just as required for over 2 years twice claimed and twice denied. We were talked into buying the Premium policy for our vehicle bc it covers "bumper to bumper". We have a few issues with our vehicle and they pay NOTHING. Even though the lady that sild us the policy said it would cover everything. It was all a lie to get us sucked into the payments for them to pay nothing! I do not recommend Endurance Warranty for anything! It is a waste of your money!!
Endurance farms out their claim adjustment to Smart Auto. They will not answer your calls, currently on hold for over one hour after the finally submitted their "authorization" to my dealer leaving out part of the repairs with NO explanation. They will not return calls from my service advisor nor my emails. When I call Endurance they just push over to the claims line at Smart Auto where no one will pick up the phone. My dealer says this is the worst experience he has ever had with a auto warranty I give them a zero

I was hoping this service would be helpful but I didnt want to make any judgment calls until I had a claim. Well my first claim is supposedly covered for my AC Compressor. Their claim about 24 to 48 hour answers?? NOT TRUE!! Its been about 6 weeks and my shop has had to submit their labor charges to them 5 times! This company will just take your money and not pay your claims. Any technicality they can find they will use. If you are buying a warranty from this company keep your receipts for anything. Theyll want them or they wont pay your claim.

WE have been STUCK with this car going on 2 months now. *****, and **** have been playing hide and seek for a very long time to the point that WE have not received a single call back. The customer has reached out to the State Attorney General to file a complaint against Endurance, mainly ***** & ****. To start with I signed up with this company because I thought they were legitimate. They asked me to do a grace ****** on my car because it was a used car. I did such and then I had a major engine failure. I had a valve go bad in the car which resulted in falling into the bottom end of the motor and blowing the motor up.. they should have fixed this car no questions asked. So I bought this service back in November of 2023 because I thought at the time it be something good to have and still do if theyd honor the contract I purchased the elite plan which is supposed to be one of there best plans at like $285 per-month so when I went to file a claim to have repairs done on my truck for a bad turbo charger I was told that the service didnt cover gaskets and seals therefore they couldnt cover the cost on a $2800 turbo charger so I ended up replacing every gasket and seal on the engine for $4500 onl... read more

Extremely aggressive business tactics they call all day asking me to commit to a policy each and every day Ive block all their calls and they started calling my wifes phone number how they got my wifes number your guess is good as mine now theyre sending me mail making postcards read like its from MVA it reads MOTOR VEHICLE NOTIFICATION my insurance is lapsed but its not lapsed please dont do business with them
