Was on hold forever. They are happy to sell but if you have a claim forget it. Never would recommend them.

They took my money for several months and when .y car broke down they had all these stipulations of what they needed old oil change receipts it must have been a pre existing condition because the brake rotors were rusted do not use this warranty insurance go with Car shield

I have never talked to a more horrible person in my life at endurance. Turns out I was being *******and the dude was trying to make me pay $153 A month for a warranty I don't have with them. It was a horrible experience!! Please don't get scammed!! I almost did!!

They find a loophole to not cover repairs. No one reads an entire contract in detail, and this is what they count on. If it isn't since you went from a 16 inch tire to a 17 inch tire, than it will be since you didn't get your oil changed we not going to cover the repairs. The previous warranty companies I used did not sweat the customer over what they did or didn't do to the vehicle. If a covered part breaks, most warranty companies will fix. But not Endurance. This company is a rip off!

DO NOT GET ENDURANCE!!!! They will tell you how great and easy it is, but its NOT!!! They denied a claim I had saying it was a pre existing problem. I didnt have the current problem I have with my car before I bought the contract, but theyre saying I did. Dont buy their lies! They have a celebrity and a bunch of actors saying theyll fix your car but its a lie.

The repair shop you listed on your site found a leak in the A/C exhaust system that your 3rd party inspection service did not approve. The shop owner said I would need to bring the car back to repair this problem once the coolant had all leaked out again, and said that since he had already reported this issue, it would be a quick approval process and that my deductible would be waived. Absolutely horrible company ! I have been a service write for 3 years now and at this point we will no longer even accept them! They will approved a claim then not pay the dealership and we then have to hold a customer vehicle until they agree to pay.
