I called to cancel my contract for a car that was covered, but that I sold. I spoke with someone named *****, who was very argumentative would not let me get a word in and refuse to give me the information I needed to cancel. I ended up hanging up and calling back and I finally got the information I needed Their tactic of stalling and trying to sell me a policy I dont need unprofessional and very scam. I would not do business with this company again.

I'm helping a friend try to get her car repaired because she's about to have a nervous breakdown from dealing with this company (I'm writing this with her permission - her information is provided). Her car has an Endurance extended warranty & has been at the dealership mechanic for about a month now because Endurance is delaying the process at every step. THEY decided they needed to inspect the vehicle at the repair shop, requiring me to need a rental vehicle for an extra two days. They are refusing to extend the amount of time granted for a rental vehicle. On top of that, I bought the supreme coverage, which turns out only pays for a $30/day rental. Well, an economy car is $50/day. When you pay over $130/mo for your repair contract, you expect better customer care than this. Im considering canceling following this repair.

They are a rip off. I received a letter from them that implied my warranty would be obsolete and to keep it current to call their number. On 11/20/23 I spoke with *************************** about my warranty, I was under the impression that that my current warranty company merged with Endurance. He knew I had a warranty but was confused by some of my comments, I asked if my warranty was legally binding and I had other questions, he didn't lead on to the fact that in fact they were two separate companies. I never received my ID card or insurance card till date and this makes me uncomfortable I was told my policy would be emailed to me or posted to me pls I need something to be done asap

This is the most conning, deceiving, bad deal of a company I've ever dealt with! This company should be shy down! I took put a contract with this company on April 9th 2024 but changed my mind on April 10,2024. I called Endurance and asked for a refund mind you they were not suppose to take any money out of my account until the 12th of April. This is WORST company. They wouldn't pay even 1/2 of the total bill. The adds say that you just have to pay $100 deductible. They advertise with famous people to get your business. Don't go with Endurance

This company harassed people with unsolicited phone calls and emails. They also refuse to unsubscribe individuals without providing private information and will hang up on you if you call. This is an issue of harassment.
