After the unsatisfactory claim experience I just had, I have reason to believe ALL of the negative claims reviews on BBB are accurate! I purchased the Secure Plus Program, with a total value of over $4500, paying roughly $114 per month. I've had this warranty for 3 years now and they have not honored any of my repairs till this day, they always find away to deny any repairs so I advise you to be very very careful. KK

After having the Endurance Secure Plus policy and filing a claim, the maximum amount of any covered repair is trade-in value of your vehicle. This fact, even though it may be in the contract, was not explained to me prior to signing the contract for this warranty service. I was under the impression that major components of my car were covered when I signed up for the Secure Plus warranty through Endurance. I purchase a warranty from Endurance in Dec 2023. I had a noise coming from front end, and a oil leak. Warranty refused to pay for what was wrong, even after my 1000 miles and month was up. Because they said that could have happened before the warranty. Which is BS! I told that lady you can say that about anything then!!Then I broke down of freeway, radiator blew out, took 3 hours before a tow truck came, warranty would only pay $150 for tow, It cost $220 and then said they won't pay for radiator, after talking to 4 people, ... read more

5 years of paying them and jumping through hoops to get coverage and I still can't get them to pay for my car repairs. All that money wasted, I could have used the monthly payments to make the repairs myself.

Be forewarned that if you try and cancel your policy especially within the 30 introductory period, they are rude and nasty and will try to long talk you and talk over you to keep you locked in. My Mother called several times and was treated unprofessionally and nasty. My Mother asked me to call on a 3 way and the rep was again nasty and initiated an irritating tone into the ear piece after not wanting to hear us tell them repeatedly " We just want to cancel" . Worse warranty out there, Cust svc horrible! Dont use! They find a way to not cover your claims and will cancel you after u have paid in for years!! Beware Beware!

If you have a recall on your car. You need to make sure that there is no recalls. Because if you pay your deductible through this insurance, and it comes to find out it is a recall. They will not refund you your deductible.
