I think that I was hoodwinked by the person that quoted and took my application. Everything he quoted to me was a lie. My money was deducted out of my check and I still have not received my policy as of yet. When I called upset questioning why the amount that was not quoted to me, customer ********************** put my call through account. I was assured my policy would be emailed to me. Not so.

I was a loyal customer to ********************** for over a year. My vehicle was still under factory warranty with only ****** miles on it when I joined Endurance. After over a year of paying the premiums always ahead of time, I decided to trade my vehicle in for a new one. I received a letter stating the my Extended Vehicle Service Plan may be increased. I called thinking that it was my current insurance that was going to be increased. The representative was not clear/honest with me and kept claiming that she was talking about my current insurance was going to be increased because it was happening nationwide, I told her that I had a signed contract and that they could not do that and she kept saying that I would be surprise but that yes they were going to increase it. This is the worse possible warranty you could ever buy lack of transparency they word the whole contract not to be liable for repair please be warned this is not worth the money you invest it will be just that they will continuously say I not mechanical failure not in policy please save your vehicle 10 thumbs down!!!!!!!!!

I've recently ran into an issue with a transmission needing repairs on my vehicle with a contract that I purchased through Endurance. I sent the vehicle to one of Endurance's recommended shops on their site and I was denied coverage of the transmission and the motor mounts, and was told I needed to buy additional coverage due to limit of liability clause, even though I still had about 15000-20000 miles of contract coverage with an expiration of 02/07/25 whichever comes first according to them. Absolutely the worst call I've had with a salesman. Extremely pushy. When I told him the price was too high for what I wanted to spend, he told me to go get a scooter and push that around.

I noticed that all the positive reviews are about their interaction with the sales force. The remarks are NOT about their attempts to get service that is promised on their contracts.This is the WORST company. They won't cover my brake problem, the calipers etc. The policy says they do but some nitwit that sounded like a kid didn't want to discuss it further with my ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN of 30 years. I would not recommend this business for the following reasons:1. The direct mailing I received from Endurance Warranty sounded as though it was my warranty through FCA and they were raising prices.2. When I called the number it was apparent this was an entirely different business than my FCA warranty but I made a mistake and went for their sales pitch. 3. This is one of the worst companies I had endurance, and when it was time for them to ood, they said it was not covered because it was normal and worn and that's what they were supposed to cover this is a scam so do not use them
