Gave a 1 star cause there is no lower, this company is a ripoff, filed my first claim and they found a loophole to keep from paying for the repair, some advice to new buyers,if you carry any type of tools regardless of what they are get the commercial coverage because that's how they got me. Personal use van with a few painting tools I was using to paint my condo down south. Claimed they would not cover repair because im using it as a commercial vehicle since the tools were in it. Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. are a **** to get your money, I filled a claim for a broken transmission, May 8th 2024, They came out and inspected the pickup and told the Mechanic that they would not cover the claim because of the tires, First of all it is a 2 wheel drive truck and the front tires happen to be a little smaller than the rear, They say this is a modification, but any mechanic will tell you that if the tires are the same per axle it will not hurt a 2 wheel drive truck.So they are just looking for a reason ... read more

Called to cover one of 4 cars and spoke with the representative regarding coverage options. Was advised to get their best coverage for my 2012 ******** S550 with with 74k miles. I inquired on what was covered with this plan. Decided to go with that plan at ****** per month. Recently took the car in to have some work done and found out the Endurance only pays a labor rate of ****** per hour. Theyre ****** per hour supposedly what the average for my area. Cant make a zero star review unfortunately. Called to start a claim. Was told to take it in and have the shop call when theyre done. Shop called when they were done and got denied cause they didnt call prior to diagnosis. Had a whole conversation with someone in customer ********************** then got transferred somewhere else to cancel my policy with them and the guy doing the cancellation cant hear me. I pay 300$ a month for the last year and when I need the help theyre worthless.

The first gentleman that I dealt with when I first purchased the warranty was very kind and polite on the phone. Three days later, my husband told me to go ahead and canceled that #Warranty because he was going to research and find the best #Warranty out there. When I called to cancel, I spoke to a man named *************************** and he was so rude and pushy about simply just canceling after only three days and refunding me my money. Terrible and dishonest company. A week ago they approved the claim on our car. When our mechanic called they denied the claim. I cancelled the account.

Dont use them. I signed up 4 months ago for what i thought was top of line warranty with them at $177 per month for my Lexus 400. I had AC go out last week. They offered half of what a reasonable mechanic ( not dealer) wants and would only approve after market ( likely Chinese) parts that are hard to get and only available on- line. They did not want to provide thr parts when asked and were rude and unhelpful. Approved a 900 cost for a 1700 repair. Not worth their premium. This warranty isnt worth the paper its wrote on. Talked to someone in claims who told me my issue would probably be covered. Filed claim it was denied. I told them I wanted a complete bumper to bumper warranty when I bought it. I did not get that, took me about 2 months to ever get a copy of the contract. Everyone I talked to In customer ********************** was rude and could care less. Its just a money racket, there warranties are trash and pay for nothing.
