My 1 star rating is due to the abysmal experience I had with the sales rep via the phone. This sales tactic is very similar to a timeshare presentation where if you say no it becomes hostile. I had to hang up after saying I have/ will be shopping around. Rep asked if I knew what I was looking for which I do, then told me unless I worked in the industry I didn't know what I was doing. I wouldn't buy a thing from Endurance due to the terrible customer ********************** I received.
Terrible company. Gets out of paying claims. Fraud! Signed up 09/11/2023. Wanted EVERYTHING covered. They said had to wait 30 days before any claims paid. Turned in a claim on Jan 16,2024. They said it wasn't covered under current plan. I then told them I sign up for the top tier to begin with. Please do the upgrade now so that EVERYTHING is covered. I never heard of Endurance, I am not their customer, I don't own a vehicle, I'm not near **, but suddenly received snail-mail from them about "my" rates increasing and encouragement to call. Instead, I reported to BBB. I see why Endurance is not BBB accredited, but I don't call scammers to resolve issues they create. Thanks for allowing my review though.
COMPLETE **** COMPANY! Check the multiple complaints. Their marketing letter was sent to my address with their boiler room number to call. They wanted the information on my new vehicle BEFORE I would be transferred to a "supervisor" to be removed from their database. They data mine from loan companies to **** you on a "Service Plan." Report them to the *** if you've received one of these letters with a phony "Customer Code."
Such nice folks, took care of my problems very quick. Would recommend.

I got a 2017 G550 ******** **** for my birthday and wanted to get a car warranty to cover and major issues they may have came about. I decided to go with Endurance warranty. I purchased the car off the lot and got the warranty the same time. 3 months has passed and an issue came about It to the shop and I let them know I had a warranty with the car.
